Almighty God, in your great love you created human beings in your own image and likeness, and you have made us good. Yet we know that there is a part of each one of us that rebels against your love. Free us Heavenly Father from all our sin and help us to walk in your ways.
We pray for our brother now departed, that the passion and death of our Lord Jesus Christ may cleans him from all sin and free him to live with you in the paradise of eternal life that you have prepared for all who love you. We make our prayer through the same Lord Jesus Christ and in the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
